Rebel Wilson has piled all her besties into a private jet and flown to a mystery location ahead of her 42nd birthday.
The Pitch Perfect star shared a series of videos to her Instagram stories with her pals including fellow Aussie actor Hugh Sheridan as they got the party started a few days early.
“Just going on a little trip for the weekend!” Wilson in a video.
After the flight, they jumped into a car and had an impromptu singalong as they continued their journey.
Sheridan shared a few of his own posts and while he did not reveal their destination, he did share a snap of palm trees and a beach.
Wilson recently spent Christmas and New Year’s Eve in Australia, but has been back in Los Angeles for several weeks.
It comes after she announced on Instagram that her Netflix comedy, Senior Year, would be released on May 13.
“SENIOR YEAR releases May 13th worldwide on NETFLIX,” she wrote.
The comedy tells the story of a high school cheerleader, played by Wilson, who wakes from a coma after 20 years, only to pick up life where it left off — vying for the title of prom queen at her old school.
Fellow Aussie actor Angourie Rice, the 21-year-old rising star who has been making a mark in the US with roles in two Spider-Man films, Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled and Mare of Easttown alongside Kate Winslet and Guy Pearce, stars alongside Wilson.
The rest of the cast is rounded out by Alicia Silverstone, Mary Holland, Justin Hartley, who is Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause’s ex-husband.
TV director Alex Hardcastle, who worked on Parks and Recreation, New Girl, Grace and Frankie and The Mindy Project, directed the movie.
