Post-match, Djokovic was seen shaking hands with Prince William and Prince George shortly after having his name added to the honours board in the All England Club for the seventh time.

As Prince George gave Djokovic a thumbs up, Djokovic handed the trophy to his youngest fan.
However, after the Duchess of Cambridge pointed to the pineapple on top of the trophy and having had chance to peruse the engraved winners, Prince George said ‘It’s a bit heavy!’ and handed it over to his mother.
